Alan Smith is a graphic designer, web designer and entrepreneur in Palo Alto, California. Alan designs websites for new business, companies and startups. Along with web design Alan designs: logos, images, marketing materials, signage, trade show graphics, over size wall designs and more graphic and digital products. From 2002 through 2014 the successful business was Alan Smith Graphic Designer. In 2015 the business became Alan Smith Creative, Inc. and Alta Max Creative in 2016.
In early 2002, Alan was invited by Don Steiny to design graphics and websites at InfoPoint Inc., in Santa Cruz, California. After eight months, Alan moved his website operation to his home office, in Sunnyvale, and started Alan Smith Graphic Designer.
Alan Smith has flourished creating graphics and websites from concept to completion for new business, companies, consultants and startups. Today Alan is designing the best in graphics and custom websites for an interesting array of Santa Clara valley and San Francisco Bay Area companies.
Previous to the above Alan served as Senior Graphic Designer for a number of technology and semiconductor companies. A highlighted list include: Fujitsu Compound Semiconductor, California Micro Devices, Micro Linear, Space Systems Loral, Knight-Ridder Information, and Academic Systems.
Education milestones include a Web Developer Certificate from SJSU Professional Development. Study in the Marketing Communication program at SJSU Professional Development and several graphic and management classes at UCSC Extension. Alan studied Computer Graphics at IVYT, Advertising Design at BSU and received a Bachelor of Science from ISUE (USI).
